Job Description
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist with proven leadership experience to join our #AAATaree team, supporting OT clinicians and participants across the region.
In this role you will:
* Build a collaborative, supportive team environment that drives high-quality clinical outcomes
* Provide 1:1 clinical supervision, mentoring, and professional development to graduate and early career OTs, alongside operational support.
* Manage your own caseload while delivering timely, high-quality therapy services to NDIS participants across home, school, and community settings.
* Assess participants with complex emotional, cognitive, developmental, and physical needs
* Using clinical observation and standardised assessments to develop evidence-based therapy goals
* Supporting team operations, referral allocation, and NDIS compliance

Qualifications
* Current Certified Practising Membership with AHPRA
* Proven leadership capability with experience guiding and supervising clinicians
* Strong organisational skills to balance leadership duties with a varied caseload
* Proactive approach with a focus on improvement and trying new ideas
* Experience delivering high-quality services within the disability sector
