Job Title: Ecommerce & Retail Account Manager

Main Responsibilities:
* The successful candidate will effectively manage account portfolio, ensuring it aligns with overall ANZ objectives.
* Negotiate in-store and online game plans, including merchandising programs, Balance of Floor (BOF), and Balance of Sale (BOS).
* Manage online customers' performance marketing strategies.
* Manage revenue, Direct Contribution Margin (DCM) by category, and Trade Partner Investment (TPI) by account.
* Drive effective sell-in and sell-through of products.
* Act as a consultant to customers, enhancing margins through increased sales and improving product mix.
* Negotiate strategic growth agreements.
* Capture and communicate internally industry and competitor insights.
* Cultivate strategic and positive relationships with trade customers.
* Align business processes across Marketing, Category, and Supply Chain for activity and demand planning.
