Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key role in the management of Aids To Navigation assets. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with service providers, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met and that asset performance is optimized.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day operational relationship with service providers.
* Liaise with service providers on issues associated with reporting, audits, improvement proposals, projects, and financial management.
* Monitor service provider performance against agreed work plans and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Assess and approve fault and failure response plans.
* Develop proposals and project management documentation for corrective maintenance and improvement work.
* Assist with asset purchases as required.
* Maintain relevant policies and procedural documentation consistent with the organization's management framework.
Requirements:
* Relevant project/contract management qualifications or relevant engineering, trade, or similar background with extensive contract/project management experience.
* Project and contract management skills, including the ability to manage multiple contracts/projects.
* Experience in auditing external service provider contract deliverables.
* Understanding of marine AtoN systems, equipment, and terminology.
* Knowledge of and experience with asset management and record-keeping systems.
