YOUR NEW ROLE
As a key valued member of the winning close-knit New Client Enquiries/Client Services team, you will love the variety and responsibility of being the FIRST professional contact for all new incoming clients (via the phone+ a few walk-ins).
Being mentored by the head Client Services lawyer, you will love this full-spectrum role:
* doing an initial 'fact-find' (asking relevant questions), attending to their initial queries, making a preliminary assessment, scheduling meetings with relevant solicitors;
* Updating client enquiries database; and
* Preparing daily enquires report.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
* have minimum 12 months OR more experience in a similar new client enquiries or legal administration role in a law firm OR working in a busy phone-based customer service role (eg in a call-centre, receptionist, client enquiries) in any industry (preferably in legal but not essential)
* are a real 'PEOPLE' person with proven outstanding customer-service skills, are patient and empathetic (essential);
* have clear communication+ warm +friendly professional phone manner+ high attention to detail (essential);
* have proven ability to work in a busy, high-volume and fast-paced environment (essential);
* have strong MICROSOFT OFFICE (word, excel, outlook) + fast typing/data entry speed (minimum 55-60wpm)
* have a genuine keen interest in the legal industry+ are hungry to progress your career with a top famous law firm.
