Job Title: Assurance & Service Delivery Partner (SDP) Manager

Sydney, NSW, Australia is not applicable for this job as we are a global company. We are currently seeking an experienced Assurance & SDP Manager to join our Spotless team in Australia.


About the Role:

We have been selected to operate Australia's Onshore Immigration Detention Network on behalf of the Australian Government. As a subcontractor to Secure Journeys, we will be responsible for facilities maintenance and asset management of detention facilities and for providing catering and garrison services to detainees.


Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the procurement process for Service Delivery Partners (SDPs) ensuring their compliance with our contractual requirements, policies, and regulations.
* Develop and implement strategies to evaluate SDP performance and adherence to contractual obligations.
* Develop and refine contract audit methodologies to effectively assess SDP performance and compliance.
* Ensure consistency and rigor in audit processes, methodologies, and reporting formats.
* Responsible for assurance-related processes, systems and compliance requirements for the contract. Work with internal stakeholders and external specialists to optimise processes and system interactions to improve performance against business-driven targets.
* Ensure training for all staff members and SDPs (where relevant) is current as well as other engagement requirements.


Requirements:

* You must be an Australian Citizen to be considered for this opportunity and willing to be sponsored for government security and employment clearances.
* A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, finance, or auditing desirable.
* Certification in auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA, CPA) highly desirable.
* Extensive management level experience within the facilities industry.
* Proven experience in procurement, compliance, and audit management, preferably in a government contracting environment.
* Strong understanding of contract management principles, regulations, and industry standards.
