$45 - $46 per hour + SuperannuationFull Time Hours, Monday - FridayLong-term contract in Adelaide CBDAbout the roleThe Customer Service Officers will provide advice and support to customers in relation to Australian Travel Documents.
Staff may be required to rotate duties in both face-to-face counter support and back office support.Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:Providing customer service to internal and external stakeholdersProviding counter/reception support for the local officesResponding to customer enquiries via phone, email or in personManaging the team shared email inbox, appointments and telephone enquiriesEnsure quality of documentationMaintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism across all duties and responsibilitiesGeneral administrative duties within the officeWe are looking for an individual that:Proven experience in a government department or a similar business environment is an advantageExisting Baseline Clearance will be highly regardedPrevious or current demonstrated customer service skillsAdvanced skills in word processing, Excel and PowerPoint applicationsHigh level skills in verbal and written communication and able to deal with external and internal stakeholders at all levelsWhat's in it for you?
