Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lead Drainage Engineer to join our team in Northam. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for completing drainage repairs including patching, lining, and full excavations as part of a two-man crew. You will travel to sites across the south of England and liaise with clients on site ranging from domestic customers up to commercial and industrial facilities.
Responsibilities:
* Travel to sites across the south of England to complete drainage repairs and maintenance tasks
* Utilize strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex drainage issues
* Liaise effectively with clients on site, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Strong background within the drainage industry, particularly with repairs and excavations
* Valid UK driving license and reliable transportation
* Tickets/qualifications desirable – CSCS, CPCS, NRSWA
* Excellent physical fitness and ability to lift heavy equipment
