Job Description:
As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day café operations and team performance. Your expertise in leading high-performing teams and maintaining excellent customer service standards is essential for driving business growth and success.
Key responsibilities include ensuring all areas of the café are clean, well-maintained, and inviting to customers. You will also manage inventory, including ordering and replenishing coffee beans and other supplies, as well as providing frequent reporting and updates to HQ on operations and performance.
In addition, you will be responsible for managing, hiring, motivating, and supporting staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalism. This includes handling customer queries, feedback, and complaints with a friendly and solution-focused approach.
