Based in Sydney's Western Suburbs, Custom Denning is leading the charge in locally manufactured electric vehicles. We're working closely with the NSW government to transition buses to an electric fleet by 2030, contributing to a cleaner, zero-emission future.
Key Responsibilities
* Update employee records as part of HR employee lifecycle (incl. onboarding, job changes, moves, leaves, terminations and offboarding).
* Support Senior Management with queries.
* Create employment contracts, letters and other HR documents.
* Support and manage the document storage system (HR, training, compliance platform) with documentation storage, review of upcoming expiries and coordination.
* Identify opportunities for improvement in HR processes and participate in various HR projects.
* 360 Recruitment - job ads, short listing, negotiations and effective onboarding.

About You
* You are detail-oriented, proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. You take pride in accuracy, enjoy supporting others, and are confident engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.
* Experience in Human Resources, People Operations or data/administrative roles
* Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline (completed or in progress)
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* High level of professionalism and customer focus
* Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
* Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
