About Us :
This well-established national law firm has approximately 60 staff members in their Perth office and is growing. They are based in a prime location with modern offices overlooking the city. The team is committed to delivering exceptional legal services to their clients across various corporate sectors and are seeking a Paralegal to join their restructuring team.
The Role :
Joining the restructuring & recoveries team you will work alongside one other paralegal supporting one partner with your duties including but not limited to:
* File management: running files and liaising with clients regarding matter queries
* Document drafting: statements of claim, demands, judgements, notices and pleadings
* Filing: e‐filing court documents
* Debtor management: liaise with debtors and negotiate payment
* Administration: general admin duties as required
About you :
Training will be provided for the role; however experience working in a legal support capacity in a similar environment is required:
* Experience running files would be highly regarded
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* High level of attention to detail
