As a Clinical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting Fresenius Medical Care's solutions and products through sales activities, training, and education of customers in accordance with agreed business plans.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales and clinical training strategies per account to maintain existing business and develop new opportunities.
* Increase customer base and market presence through establishing relationships with key opinion leaders, influencers, and decision-makers.
* Provide targeted counseling and account information to the clinical and technical teams as required.
* Track and report competitor activity within assigned accounts.
* Manage post-purchase activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
You will also provide appropriate clinical support activities such as in-servicing, installations, training & education as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Registered Nurse with demonstrated renal (HD) skills or intensive care (ICU) skills.
* Ability to work independently, set priorities, and demonstrate success in medical sales.
* Highly motivated, enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, independent, commercially adept, articulate, adaptive, and confident individual.
* Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
* Demonstrable track record of success in medical sales.
