* Support the Store Manager in managing store performance and operations
* Monitor and analyze store sales performance daily, weekly, and monthly
* Manage rosters and wage spend to optimize labor costs
* Coach and mentor team members to improve their skills and knowledge
* Oversee stock levels, store presentation, shrinkage control, and operational efficiency
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a senior casual, key holder, or supervisor in a high-volume retail environment and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
