We are an exciting new legal and conveyancing practice seeking a highly skilled Solicitor with an Unrestricted Practising Certificate to act as our Legal Practitioner .
This role will oversee legal compliance, supervise conveyancing and legal matters, and contribute to building a modern, client-focused firm. You will work alongside a strong operations director who handles business administration, marketing, finance, and client onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as Legal Practitioner for the firm
* Supervise all conveyancing and legal files
* Provide advice in property law, contract law, and related areas
* Review and sign off on contracts, settlements, and correspondence
* Ensure compliance with the Legal Profession Uniform Law (NSW)
* Oversee professional standards, risk management, and trust accounting (if applicable)
* Mentor junior staff as the practice grows
About You
* Hold an Unrestricted Practising Certificate in NSW
* Minimum 2–3 years post-admission experience (property focus preferred)
* Strong understanding of conveyancing processes
* Confident in supervising staff and maintaining compliance
* Professional, reliable, and passionate about building a modern legal service
