Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and capable
Architect or Draftsperson
to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects from Schematic Design through to Contract Documentation, within a supportive and collaborative studio environment.
About the Role
This is a full-time Bunbury-based position, commencing January ****. You will be involved in delivering a variety of commercial and government projects, taking responsibility for documentation, coordination, and contributing to high-quality design outcomes. The role suits someone who is organised, independent, and confident working across multiple project stages.
What We're Looking For
3–5 years' experience in a similar architectural or drafting role
Strong contract documentation experience
High proficiency in
Revit
(essential) and AutoCAD
Advanced user level proficiency in Revit
Experience working on commercial projects
Experience with Department of Housing and Works projects is advantageous
Solid understanding of WA planning requirements
Thorough knowledge of the BCA and AS******
Strong construction knowledge
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Good communication and teamwork skills
