As our Sales Manager (Acquisition), you'll head up a team of talented sales professionals focused on acquiring new customers and expanding Vocus' presence in key markets. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll coach, mentor, and inspire your team to exceed targets while collaborating with pre‑sales, marketing, and operations to deliver outstanding results. You'll enjoy the flexibility of our hybrid working policy and occasional regional travel, giving you the best of both worlds—autonomy and connection.


What You'll Do

* Lead and motivate your team to exceed new logo acquisition targets, consistently hitting quarterly goals for pipeline and closed business.
* Own the end‑to‑end sales cycle for new opportunities—from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
* Drive pipeline growth through research, networking, and proactive outreach to high‑potential prospects.
* Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM data to give clear visibility into pipeline health.
* Coach and develop your team through joint calls, training sessions, and constructive feedback—leading by example in customer meetings.
* Set clear goals and KPIs aligned with business strategy, ensuring your team consistently delivers.
* Champion best practices in sales process, CRM discipline, and ethical standards.


What You Bring

* 6+ years of B2B new‑logo sales experience, including frontline leadership.
* Proven ability to coach and manage performance, driving results through your team.
* Expertise in prospecting, pipeline generation, and deal strategy.
* Strong relationship‑building skills with senior stakeholders (C‑suite/Gov).
* A strategic mindset with the ability to plan coverage and enable your team for success.
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
