Key Responsibilities
* Provide support to job seekers with psychosocial and mental health barriers.
* Perform vocational assessments, transferable skills analysis, recovery support, and case management for injured workers.
* Assess and report on mental health fitness for work and psychological functional capacities.
* Conduct intelligence testing, make recommendations on the effects of mental health and medical conditions, and write detailed case notes.
