About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Lawyer to join our Perth team.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of complex disputes, acting for both plaintiffs and defendants, and develop their expertise in various jurisdictions, industries and sectors.
Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting legal research and providing advice on contractual and commercial disputes, statutory claims, professional negligence claims and directors and officers liability claims;
* Preparing and presenting court documents, as well as advocating in court proceedings;
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality legal services to clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* A law degree from a recognised institution;
* A minimum of 3 years' post-admission experience in litigation;
* Strong practice management skills and attention to detail;
* An ability to work autonomously and take ownership of work assigned;
* A professional and positive attitude to be a great fit personally within our team;
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
