Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive clinical care, including medication administration according to personalized care plans
* Develop and evaluate care plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team
* Build trusting relationships with residents and their families while providing emotional support
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with aged care standards and regulations
* Lead and mentor care team members to promote best practices in aged care and ensure a safe, clean environment for all
Requirements
* Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
* A Bachelor of Nursing
* NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance ID
* Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage complex care needs
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in aged care or a similar healthcare setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to work effectively in a team and independently
