The Fundraising & Philanthropy team plays a critical role in enabling this work by building and maintaining strong relationships with supporters and donors across the community.
Job Description
Customer Service & Administration
* Provide timely, accurate administrative support to the fundraising team
* Manage supporter correspondence and inboxes, responding professionally and efficiently
* Process donations, donor receipts, and commitments accurately
* Maintain up‐to‐date and accurate records within the CRM system (Dynamics 365)
* Liaise with finance and internal teams to ensure accurate recording and reporting
* Uphold a warm, donor‐centric approach that reinforces trust and long‐term support
Donor Engagement Support
* Support relationship managers with preparation for donor meetings and visits
* Assist in coordinating a structured visitation plan for key donors
* Prepare briefing materials including donor profiles, agendas, impact updates, and information packs
* Support follow‐up actions post‐meetings, ensuring timely communication and documentation
* Liaise closely with teams across multiple Launch Housing sites to coordinate activity smoothly
Collaboration & Organisational Contribution
* Build positive working relationships across teams and sites
* Contribute to a respectful, inclusive, and values‐driven workplace
* Handle confidential information with care and discretion
* Support continuous improvement and take a proactive approach to workload management
The Successful Applicant
* Previous experience in a not‐for‐profit and/or fundraising environment
* CRM experience (non‐negotiable) - Dynamics 365 experience preferred but not essential
* Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
* Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
* A proactive, organised approach and ability to manage competing priorities
* Confidence working with multiple stakeholders across different sites

* Part‐time: 3 days per week (9:00am-5:00pm, flexibility available)
* Hybrid working model:
o 2 days in the office (ideally Monday & Thursday)
o 1 day working from home
