About the Role
CP Property Management is a dynamic short-term rental business managing properties across Geelong, the Surf Coast, Ballarat, Bendigo and Melbourne. We are committed to delivering seamless experiences for both guests and property owners and have big growth ambitions over the next 12 months and beyond. We currently manage approximately 60 properties across regional Victoria and seek to expand to 100 by the end of 2026.
We’re on the hunt for a reliable and motivated and experienced Property Maintenance & Grounds Hand to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for maintaining outdoor areas across a portfolio of residential, commercial and short-term rental properties. You will also be responsible for completing minor handyman tasks and odd jobs. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who works efficiently, takes pride in presentation, has great gardening skills and shows up on time every day.
Key Details
* Hours: Flexible, start times range between 7:00am – 5:00pm daily
* Pay: From $32.31 per hour (increase based on experience)
* Location: Geelong, Surf Coast & surrounding areas
* Start: Immediate
* Job Type: Casual, with opportunity for Full Time for right person
What You’ll Be Doing
* Lawn mowing, edging & whipper snipping
* Garden maintenance (trimming, clean-ups)
* Blowing down / pressure washing outdoor areas
* Weed control and spraying
* Basic landscaping
* Green and General Waste Removal
* Handyman tasks and odd jobs
* Reporting any property or maintenance issues to CP Property
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in gardening, landscaping or similar work
* Experience as a handyman / completing odd jobs
* Experience driving a trailer
* Ability to work at pace and manage your time effectively
* Strong reliability and punctuality
* Good communication skills
* Ability to work independently
* Proficient with technology and apps
* Driver’s licence essential
