What You’ll Be Doing
Every day will be a mix of customer care, teamwork, and keeping the store looking incredible:
* Responsible for filling and labeling patients’ prescriptions under the supervision of pharmacists, recording details of medication, placing orders, taking stock, storing medical supplies, and delivering them to patients and supporting pharmacists in delivering quality pharmacy services.
* Patient Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing general enquiries with professionalism, collecting patient information, and referring health and medication advice to pharmacists.
* Efficient Dispensing: Accurately fill, label, and dispense medications under the supervision of a pharmacist.
* Inventory Management: Oversee stock control, ordering, rotation, storage and delivery of medications to ensure optimal dispensary operations.
* Assisting with DAAs/Webster packs
* Handling Patient Information: Check details, update patient records, assist pharmacists with medication history and patient screening.
* Audits and Compliance: Conduct medication audits and manage reports to ensure adherence to quality and safety protocols.
Weekend and night shift availability is required.
What We’re Looking For
We’d love someone who brings energy, experience, and great vibes:
* Strong pharmaceutical background or relevant work experience.
* Advanced Diploma is pharmacy or higher qualifications required.
* Strong Pharmaceutical background or relevant work experience is preferred
* Multilingual besides English with cultural awareness.
* Confident, friendly, and great with people
* Organised, efficient, and able to handle busy periods
* Ability to work weekend shifts and weekday night shifts as required
* A genuine team player with a can-do attitude
