What will your typical day look like?
Collaboration with delivery stakeholders to define the scope of test automation and performance testing.
Develop and implement automation and performance testing strategies aligned with project goals.
Lead the selection and implementation of automation tools and frameworks.
Lead the selection and implementation of performance tools and frameworks.
Oversee the creation and execution of automated and performance test scripts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Provide leadership and mentorship to automation and performance testers, ensuring adherence to best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and continuously improve testing processes.
