Claims Advisor
We're a member-owned organisation with over 30,000 automotive and allied repair members across Australia and New Zealand. Our team is responsible for managing claims from start to finish.
As a claims advisor, you will receive claim notifications and service enquiries, manage assigned claims end-to-end, take recovery action on appropriate claim files, determine liability and communicate outcome, and establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
The ideal candidate will have previous claims experience and excellent customer service skills. You'll be proactive, able to work independently, and as part of a team.
