We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and reliable assistant to join our small creative business on a casual basis. The role is adaptable and ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of admin and hands-on work, with no two days ever the same. You’ll be working closely with the business owner in a relaxed home-office workplace in our home office in Marangaroo.
Key Responsibilities:
General admin support and organisation
Managing checklists, schedules, and documents
Assisting with supplier and vendor communications (training provided)
Preparing and printing materials for projects and events
Helping with inventory checks, packing, or light styling prep when needed
Occasional errands or practical support for event days
What We’re Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and great communication skills
A can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
Basic computer skills (Google Drive, Word, Excel, etc.)
Experience in admin, retail, or events is a bonus — but not essential
Must have reliable transport, laptop & phone
