Responsibilities
Explore customers' needs through in-depth conversations to help them achieve their financial goals and partner with different specialists within the branch
Keep up with constant change, supporting customers with their digital literacy and online banking needs as we continue to innovate our offerings
Be the face of the branch and customer service, handling transactions, cash, inquiries, paperwork, while keeping risk considerations at the forefront

What you'll bring to the role
Experience in a customer service environment with the ability to achieve targets
Strong attention to detail to ensure secure, accurate transactions with a risk mindset
Confidence to communicate with new and existing customers face-to-face and over the phone
Eagerness to understand and communicate what makes our bank different
Drive for collaboration – mateship is crucial for working together and achieving our goals
Experience in the banking and finance industry is a plus but not essential
