A suburban insurance brokerage in the Northern Suburbs is looking for an experienced Account Executive to join their friendly, knowledgeable team.
This is a practical, no-nonsense role for someone who enjoys working in a structured, process-driven environment with a focus on delivering quality client service. You'll manage a mixed portfolio of clients, supported by clear systems and processes that make the role straightforward and manageable.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a mixed portfolio of clients.
* Handle renewals, endorsements, and day-to-day servicing.
* Work within established processes and compliance frameworks.
* Liaise confidently with insurers and internal stakeholders.
* Operate independently while being part of a collaborative team.

* Previous experience in an insurance brokerage environment.
* Strong respect for process, accuracy, and compliance.
* Confident in managing accounts with minimal supervision.
* Experience using Insight is essential.
* Practical, reliable, and team-oriented approach.
