In this role, you will become an integral part of the team, managing the following tasks as directed and delegated: Collecting files from paralegals, law clerks and solicitors; Managing emails and calendar entries; Expanding and updating client files; Organising folders in cabinets and shelves; Archiving files in accordance with firm procedures; and Performing general administrative support as required. About you: To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently in a fast-paced legal environment. You will be proactive, reliable and capable of supporting legal professionals through accurate filing, document handling and general office coordination.
