The Milkbar Café is a busy central cafe in Shepparton with a young and energetic team. We provide a relaxed and friendly atmosphere focused on exceptional coffee as well as delivering a Melbourne style breakfast and lunch with a distinct Asian flair.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages quickly and consistently
Provide friendly, attentive customer service in a fast-paced environment
Operate and maintain coffee equipment with care
Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked during service
Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
Strong knowledge of espresso preparation and milk texturing
Excellent multitasking and time management skills
Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and strong communication skills
Ability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, weekends, and holidays
