About the Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our call centre operations, taking our sales performance to new heights.
* Lead and motivate a team of 12 outbound appointment setters
* Drive performance through KPI management and continuous improvement strategies
* Ensure every customer interaction is handled with professionalism and care
* Manage escalations and support team problem-solving
* Report on performance and share actionable insights with the call centre manager
* Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff
Requirements
* Previous leadership experience in an outbound call centre or sales environment
* Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a proven track record of hitting team targets
* Excellent communication, motivation, and conflict resolution skills
* Adaptability in a fast-changing environment with a proactive solutions-focused mindset
* Experience implementing new ideas, tools, or technologies to lift team performance
