Scope of Work
Need to replace 1 firewall.
Additional Dispatch/Adhoc Requirements
* Capable of installing and upgrading operating systems
* Install patches
* Software and hardware break‐fix
* Well‐versed network engineer (good to have CCNA or above certification)
* Basics of Wi‐Fi
* Basics of networks, LAN, WAN, switch and router configuration
* Install and administer MS Office
* Business English with local language
Standard Tools Engineers Need to Carry While Going to Site
* Fully charged laptop with Win8 or 10 operating system and admin rights
* Cisco console cable (DB9 – RJ45 or USB RJ45). In case of USB converter used, make sure drivers are properly installed
* Laptop should have the following programs/software installed
o Team Viewer
o TFTP server
o Screw driver set
* TECH MUSH HAVE CONSOLE CABLE AND LAPTOP AND HAVE ABILITY TO CONSOLE INTO CISCO ROUTER AND USE WEBEX
