Our client is an Electrical Engineering consultancy working in a wide variety of areas in the Building Services field throughout Australia. The Toowoomba office is seeking a Junior Drafter who can support the existing team of drafters, designers and engineers. Main drafting functions will include the drawing of: Underground Residential Developments; Switchboards and Reticulation; Communications and Data Systems; General Lighting and Street Lighting; Fire Alarms; and Security and Access Control. Experience in AutoCAD or any 2-D or 3-D drafting software will be highly regarded. This position would be suitable for anyone looking for an entry-level role in an engineering firm and can include recent school leavers, people who are studying design or drafting at TAFE or those who have started engineering at university and would rather have a full-time position and do university externally. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent role and the business requires you to be in the office five days per week.
