The Opportunity

* Manage key stakeholder relationships with migration agents and collaborate with peers to ensure seamless account management.
* Drive sales revenue through effective B2B partnerships and contribute to the overall growth of our international insurance business.
This role requires regular travel to regional Queensland for in-person stakeholder engagement and activation. Success hinges on a well-executed business strategy, robust account management capabilities, and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
We seek an experienced professional with a genuine passion for health and wellbeing. Strong communication skills, the ability to influence stakeholders, and technical proficiency in Salesforce are essential for this role.
Key responsibilities:
* Business Development: Develop and execute a business expansion plan to support growth in Pacific Australia Labour Mobility (PALM) Scheme and beyond.
* Stakeholder Management: Manage a portfolio of migration agents and collaborate with other Business Development Managers to ensure consistent account performance and partner satisfaction.
* Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive sales revenue from B2B partners and contribute to the overall growth of our international insurance business.
