A bit about your role
The Delivery manager - Security role is to plan, coordinate, and deliver security-related projects end-to-end across the organisation. This includes managing project scope, schedules, risks, stakeholders, and delivery outcomes to ensure security uplift initiatives are effectively implemented and achieve the required business benefits.
Key responsibilities will include engaging closely with business stakeholders, security SMEs, technology teams, and external vendors to define project requirements, secure approvals, coordinate delivery activities, and ensure successful deployment and adoption of project outcomes
A bit about you
The ideal candidate has a strong background in project management, telco architecture, product domain expertise, and scaled agile practices. Knowledge of platforms and processes such as activation, assurance, network, or billing is highly valuable, along with experience in IT project delivery (not enablement). Any exposure to the Cyber Security domain will be considered an advantage.
This role requires a proactive leader who fosters a high-performance culture, takes calculated risks, delivers on commitments, and demonstrates curiosity to learn and grow. Essential skills include deep telco domain knowledge, strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, exceptional communication and influencing ability, and advanced planning and organisational skills. Experience with NBN or similar telco projects, CapEx delivery, and working under pressure and ambiguity is critical.
