* Lead a team of under 20 staff in delivering comprehensive tax services, encompassing bookkeeping, tax compliance, and specialist advisory services.
* Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and meet organizational objectives.

* Ensure timely delivery of projects, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
