There are exciting opportunities for a Customer Service Officer to join the team in our Vermont and Bayswater sites. This is a permanent, full-time role - Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm - No weekend work Together We Do It Right

We are currently recruiting for customer-facing roles based at our Vermont and Bayswater sites.


About the roles:

As the first point of contact for our customers at our Vermont or Bayswater locations, you will provide up-to-date information about their repairs and instil confidence that their vehicle is in very capable hands. In addition to that, this role will include (but not be limited to):

* Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly
* Checking in all customers as they present for their assessment
* Providing a caring and professional service during all customer interactions
* Managing the customer return process once repairs are completed and addressing any concerns

* A strong desire to deliver a positive customer experience in every interaction
* High attention to detail
* Well organised with exceptional time management skills
* Ability to build rapport in person and over the phone
