This is a role for a systems thinker who thrives in complexity and believes shared learning is a catalyst for change.What You’ll Be DoingDesigning and implementing shared learning systems that drive strategic clarity and community accountability.Engage with external research, policy developments, and sector trends to elevate community voice in in systems change.Supporting partners to build capacity in evaluation, impact measurement, and storytelling.Supporting the implementation of Burnie Works’ two-worlds UMEL framework for adaptive strategy and reflective practice.Contributing to advocacy, policy, and sector influence through evidence-based insights.You Might Be the One If…You’ve led evaluation, learning, or strategy work in complex environments.You’re skilled at synthesising and interpreting data and communicating it clearly.You’re a collaborative leader who builds trust and shared purpose.You’re passionate about equity, inclusion, and systems change.You bring experience from social services, community development, or similar fields.Because we believe learning is how we grow, adapt, and lead.
