One Stop Signs & Printing is a Sydney-based specialist provider of comprehensive printing, signage, and visual communication solutions. We deliver high-quality designs and production for light boxes, posters, pull-up banners, large-format banners, exhibition graphics, vehicle decals, large panel signs and customised promotional materials. Our team supports clients across retail, events, exhibitions, corporate branding and commercial signage.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a talented and creative Illustrator to join our growing design and production team. The successful candidate will produce high-quality illustrations and visual assets used across our signage, printed materials and large-format advertising products. This role supports the continued expansion of our in-house creative capability and our commitment to delivering innovative custom designs to our clients.
Key responsibilities include
* Create illustrations, graphic elements, and layout designs based on client Briefs
* Convert ideas, briefs and branding concepts into detailed artwork suitable for print and large-format production.
* Prepared and corrected artwork for print, including colour adjustments, retouching, layout refinement, and file standardisation。
* Produce accurate visual assets used for light boxes, posters, pull-up banners, exhibition graphics, large panel signs and promotional materials.
* Collaborate with clients, graphic designers and production staff to refine artwork according to project requirements.
* Prepare design files for print production, ensuring correct colours, dimensions, formats and specifications.
* Review proofs, make adjustments and ensure final artwork meets quality, branding and technical standards.
* Maintain consistency in visual style across all printed and signage products.
* Keep up-to-date with digital illustration techniques, design trends and industry software.
Ideal candidate for this role
* Tertiary qualifications in Illustration, Visual Arts, Graphic Design or a closely related field.
* Min 1 year experience in a similar role.
* English and Mandarin bilingual language skills are essential
* Excellent drawing, sketching and conceptual design skills.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel Painter).
* Attention to detail
* Experience producing artwork for signage, printing or large-format media is highly desirable.
* Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet production deadlines.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Have a creative approach to problem solving
