What You'll Do: Reporting to an experienced Financial Controller, this technical accounting position is focused on several areas: Tax Compliance & Reporting: End-to-end responsibility for tax compliance across the group, including Tax Effect Accounting and FBT. External Reporting: Preparing Half & Annual Financial Reports. JV Reporting: Managing quarterly joint venture reporting. Fixed Asset Registers: Maintain and ensure accuracy. The role will also support statutory and financial reporting processes, so you'll play an integral part in both compliance and performance-driven financial management for the group. What You'll Bring: This is a key position with a strong focus on Tax as well as financial reporting so we're looking for you to fulfill several criteria: Fully qualified accountant Tax & Compliance Expertise: You'll need solid experience with tax compliance, Tax Effect Accounting, and FBT. Technical Focus: A passion for technical accounting - someone who enjoys the challenge of technical tax and financial reporting and can easily communicate the complexities to non-financial stakeholders. Ideally, you'll have a Business Advisory/Taxation CA background or equivalent experience.
