About The Role
Lumus Imaging at Lingard Private Hospital is seeking an experienced and proactive Casual Medical Secretary to join our supportive and high-performing team.
As a Medical Secretary, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality administrative and reception support to ensure smooth daily operations within our imaging department.
Your professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will help create a positive experience for our patients and referrers.
Key Responsibilities
Providing friendly and efficient front-of-house service to patients and visitors
Managing bookings, referrals, and patient enquiries
Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring all information is handled confidentially
Liaising with radiographers, sonographers, and clinical staff
Supporting the wider administrative team with general office duties
About You
Previous experience as a Medical Secretary, Medical Receptionist, or similar healthcare admin role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational ability and a commitment to quality service
Confidence working with medical software and fast-paced workflows
Availability to work flexible casual shifts as required
