We're a fast-moving CFD trading startup building next-gen trading tech — and we're hiring our first Head of IT to own everything across infrastructure, security, and systems reliability.
What you'll do
* Lead our entire IT function (cloud, security, networks, ops).
* Scale a cloud-native environment (AWS/Azure/GCP).
* Build automation + internal tools using Python.
* Keep our trading systems fast, stable, and secure.
* Shape IT strategy while still being hands-on when needed.
* Partner with product + engineering to support rapid growth.
What you bring
* Strong background in fintech/CFD/brokerage or other high-availability systems.
* Deep cloud experience + solid Python skills.
* You understand networks, security, and trading platform operations.
* Comfortable building from scratch and making big technical decisions.
