About the Role
You will be contacting customers regarding overdue collection of their pets' ashes and keepsakes, using a provided script and offering approved discounts where appropriate. This role suits someone with strong phone communication, empathy, and the ability to follow structured processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to customers with overdue items
* Provide payment reminders and arrange collection
* Use provided scripts and record accurate call notes
* Handle conversations with professionalism and empathy
What You will Bring
* Confident, calm phone manner
* Experience in customer service, call‐centre, or follow‐up roles
* Strong emotional intelligence and resilience
* Reliable, organised, and comfortable following processes
Must have Working Rights in Australia.
