Responsibilities may include:
* Assessing and monitoring patient health
* Collaborating with a multidisciplinary health team
* Maintaining accurate patient records
* Providing patient and family education
* Responding effectively in emergency situations
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
* NDIS Clearance (or willing to get one)
* 2024 Influenza Vaccine
* Certificate III or IV (Ageing and Disability)
* Minimum 6 monthsexperience in Australia
* Full working rights in Australia
* Must be currently based in Australia
