About the RoleWorkPac is seeking an experienced Leading Hand to join our clients team in Hazelmere.
In this role, you will take direction and lead the yard crew to ensure scopes are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily yard operations
Assist with forklift work, loading and lashing
Uphold safety and quality compliance.
Skills & Experience Required
Current LF forklift licence (16t experience desirable)
Minimum 5 years industry experience in warehousing or logistics
Proven experience with load restraint and DG handling rules
Solid time management and leadership skills
Ability to take instruction and lead by example
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and D&A; screening
