Of the position:
- Setting organizational goals, strategic plans, policies, and operational programs.
- Revitalizing overseas real estate sales growth in China through strategic marketing and partnership development.
- Leading and overseeing overall organizational management.
- Approving allocation of resources (materials, personnel, and finances) to execute policies and programs.
- Assessing organizational performance against established goals and strategic objectives.
- Engaging with senior management team members and reviewing their recommendations and reports.
- Creating or coordinating the development of reports, budgets, and forecasts for presentation to governing boards.
- Acting as the organization's representative at formal events, negotiations, conferences, seminars, public meetings, and other forums while coordinating between different operational areas.
- Making or approving decisions regarding senior staff appointments.
- Ensuring organizational adherence to corporate law and other applicable regulations.
Skills required (Like qualification, experience, registration and license):
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent (Like 5 years relevant work experience).
- Minimum of 1 years of relevant work experience (Australian experience preferred).
- Ability to set organizational vision and make high-level strategic decisions.
- Exceptional communication with and managing diverse internal and external relationships.
- Expertise in leading organizational change and adapting to market dynamics.
