Job Description
* Design and optimise user‐centred interfaces for public sector projects.
* Conduct user research to understand audience needs and behaviours.
* Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to support project objectives.
* Collaborate with cross‐functional teams, including marketing and agency stakeholders.
* Provide recommendations to improve user experience and accessibility.
* Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and project goals.
* Utilise feedback to refine and enhance design solutions.
* Stay informed about UX trends and best practices in the public sector.
The Successful Applicant
A successful UX Designer should have:
* Proven experience in user experience design, particularly in the public sector.
* Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
* Strong understanding of user research methodologies and usability principles.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
* A portfolio showcasing user‐centred design work.
