About the role
We are seeking a results-driven Supply Chain Manager with expertise in Transmission & Distribution (T&D), import of equipment, and logistics management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the supply chain process, ensuring efficiency and regulatory compliance across international borders and domestic operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement supply chain strategies tailored to T&D projects, equipment importation, and logistics.
* Manage international and domestic suppliers, ensuring smooth importation processes and timely equipment delivery.
* Oversee customs clearance, regulatory compliance, and documentation for international shipping.
* Coordinate with logistics partners to optimize transportation routes and reduce costs.
* Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to prevent shortages or delays in T&D projects.
* Analyze supply chain data and performance, identifying areas for improvement.
* Ensure compliance with global trade regulations and company policies.
* Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to streamline equipment deliveries and project timelines.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
* Proven experience (5+ years) in supply chain management with a focus on T&D, equipment import, and logistics.
* Strong knowledge of international trade laws, customs procedures, and import/export regulations.
* Proficiency in supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
