About the Role
We're looking for a Project Management Assistant to support our Commercial Design team in delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients.
This is a key support role that combines project coordination, administration, and customer service. You'll work closely with our Stockyard Designers to keep projects running smoothly from documentation and scheduling to communication and client support.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality project coordination and administrative support to the Commercial Design team
* Monitor project schedules, progress and documentation
* Assist with tender submissions, quotes and project invoicing
* Liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth communication and delivery
* Support general office administration, phone enquiries and document control
* Contribute to continuous improvement and uphold ProWay's strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction
About You
You're someone who enjoys keeping projects on track and takes pride in being the go-to person who ensures nothing falls through the cracks. You're detail-oriented, enjoy working with people and have a strong sense of ownership.
You'll bring:
* 5+ years' experience in project coordination, administration or sales support
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and project management tools
* A customer-focused mindset and ability to work well in a team
* Experience in construction, manufacturing or field services is advantageous
