This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your Workday expertise and make an immediate impact within a fast-paced environment. You'll be instrumental in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer management, as well as assisting the team with ad-hoc tasks and recruitment administrations
What you'll do:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for a diverse range of positions.Utilise Workday for all aspects of the recruitment process, including posting jobs, tracking applicants, scheduling interviews, and managing offers.Source, screen, and assess candidates to ensure a strong fit with the company culture and role requirements.Conduct engaging interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the recruitment process.Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data
What you'll bring:
Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.Demonstrable and strong experience using Workday for recruitment functions is essential.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.A proactive and results-oriented approach to recruitment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
