A specialist recruitment consultancy is actively hiring a Senior or Principal Recruiter as part of a planned growth phase - this is not a replacement role.
Following a positive year, our client in Sydney is expanding its Commercial & Development team, focusing on senior white-collar roles across energy infrastructure and renewable energy in Australia and New Zealand.
You'll work with power developers, investment banks, utilities, network service providers, consultancies and investors, recruiting across areas such as:
* Legal
* Finance
* Commercial
* Energy markets & trading

What we're looking for:
* 5+ years' experience in recruitment (Senior or Principal level)
* Background in niche, specialist white-collar recruitment
* Strong presence - confident, credible and client-facing
* Comfortable picking up the phone and driving activity
* Collaborative mindset and strong desk ownership
Direct energy experience isn't essential - specialism, credibility and commercial acumen matter more.
