Overview
We are looking for an organised and proactive Team Coordinator to join our fast-paced distribution business.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will be a key member of the senior management team, providing essential support to executive leaders and ensuring smooth operational workflows.
Responsibilities
- Work as an integral member of the senior management team
- Manage executive calendars and travel, prioritising workflow to meet commitments
- Draft internal communications to employees, including staff announcements, new initiatives, and company updates
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and correspondence as required
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Provide expense management and general administrative support
- Support organisation of meetings, events, and staff engagement initiatives
What you’ll bring
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience in coordination, team support, or executive assistant roles
- Positive, adaptable, and collaborative approach
- Experience in logistics or distribution is an advantage
